In most cases, this level of consultation is not warranted unless (1) the building was designed "outside" the parameters of the building code using the services of an architect or engineer or (2) specialized testing is needed.

Our charges are based on a first call minimum for a visit to the home or building site to determine the merits of the complaint or problem. After this first meeting, charges are at an hourly rate. Estimates of total costs can be provided.
